The Halloween & Costume Association has announced eight finalists for the Fang Favorite award at the 2026 Spooky Awards, with the winner set to be revealed Jan. 11 at the Halloween & Party Expo in Las Vegas. The finalists were selected through a consumer vote and represent costumes, accessories, masks and Halloween décor.
The finalists are divided among eight categories. Ghoulish Productions appears in five: Skin Corset in Accessories; Sasquatch Costume in Adult Costume; Rusty the Clown in Décor; Big Horns Devil in Masks; and Futakuchi Onna in Most Innovative Product.
The remaining finalists are Jazwares’ Stranger Things: Tales from ’85 Gourde Horde Official Kids Zentai Halloween Costume in Child Costume; Jazwares’ Adult’s Star Wars Darth Maul Official Zentai Suit in Licensed Costume; and Disguise’s Prestige Ursula Costume for Women in Most Unique Costume. The source report lists one finalist for each category.
According to the announcement reported by The Toy Book, the annual competition lets Halloween fans, cosplayers and consumers recognize products they favor. The association plans to announce the Fang Favorite winner alongside the other 2026 Spooky Award winners at the Las Vegas event on Jan. 11.
Eight Products Compete for Fan Recognition
The finalists give shoppers and Halloween fans a snapshot of products recognized through the competition’s consumer vote, spanning licensed character costumes, original designs, masks and décor. The category list also shows that the award is not limited to costumes: accessories and products identified as innovative are included as well.
Ghoulish Productions has the most entries in the published lineup, with five of the eight finalists. That count describes the announced finalist list; it does not establish how the company’s products performed in voting or predict the winner. The award result will provide the next public outcome of the competition, but the source does not report vote totals or ranking among finalists.
For the participating companies, a place on the list is a form of consumer recognition, while the final award will identify the product selected as Fang Favorite. Readers should treat the announcement as a finalist reveal, not as a judgment that any one product is already the winner.
